Woodward Cave

Campy. Old school. A remnant of times long ago when families took day trips to roadside attractions, Woodward Cave claims to be one of the largest caverns in Pennsylvania so much so that it has yet to be completely explored and excavated. It’s open in the summer months, and by reservation in the Spring and early autumn. Go there in the cooler weather months and you can see thousands of hibernating bats clinging to its walls.
